Please leave a message when you call if you have a question that is not answered already online or through one of our schedules.  During the day or when we are not open, there usually isn't anyone here to answer the phones.  When we open, we take care of our customers waiting in line first, but if there isn't a line, our staff will do their best to answer the phone.  Last night was a good example of when we couldn't get to the phone.  We had a surprisingly busy first set of movies with lines out to the parking lot.  So, for about an hour, all our staff was busy taking care of our customers in the theatre.  Here are the best times to call to talk to a live person: about the time we open, 30 minutes before the first show or in between sets of movies (you can look at the schedule and see when we have down time between movies). But leaving a message is always good, and calling with enough advanced warning for us to get back to you will also help make sure you get your answer in time.
